Shipment Details

This is a shipment-based report that shows the mileage revenue and revenue per mile for each shipment. This report is designed to show you the details of the booking performance report. (There are multiple views of this report)

This reports is based off of shipments and then pulls in Trip data.

This means shipments with no trips will show on this report, where trips with no shipments (Non Revenue) loads will not be on the report.

Field	Description
From/To pick up date	Here select a pickup date range for loads to view.
From/To delivery date	Here select a delivery date range for loads to view.
From/To invoice date	Here select an invoice date range for loads to view.
From/To booked by date	Here select a booked by date range for loads to view.
From/To city	Here you can select a specific from/to city and only loads with those pickup or delivery cities will show.
From/To state	Here you can select a specific from/to state and only loads with those pickup or delivery states will show.
From/To zone	Here you can select a specific from/to zone and only loads with those pickup or delivery zones will show.
Customer	If a customer is selected, you will only see loads done for that customer.
Truck	If a truck is selected, you will only see loads done by that truck.
Trailer	If a trailer is selected, you will only see loads done with that trailer.
Driver	If a driver is selected, you will only see loads done by that driver.
Carrier	If a carrier is selected, you will only see loads done by that carrier.
Groups	On the right, you can choose to run this report by any of the custom groups you have set up.
Included not invoiced	Check this box to include loads that have not been invoiced.
Included not paid	Check this box to show loads that have not yet been paid.
Include shipments no trip	Check this box to show loads without a trip.
Revenue	See revenue as total revenue, linehaul only, or AGR revenue.
Company	If a company is selected, you will only see loads done for that company.
Created by	Selecting a user here will only provide loads created by that user.
Equipment type	Here select if this report should show loads hauled by a specific equipment type.
Second equipment type	Here select if this report should show loads hauled by a specific secondary equipment type.
Goods	Here select if this report should show loads only hauling certain goods types.
Hazmat	Here select if you want to show hazmat loads, not show them, or show all.
Combine Split Loads	Check this box if you would like split shipments to appear on one line.
Booked by	Here select a specific booked by user to run this report for.
Revenue per mile	Here select how revenue per mile should be shown. (Totals miles/Loaded miles/Shipment miles)
Load status	Here select if you only want to see loads with a specific load status.
Order by	Select from the drop-down how you would like the shipments ordered on the report.
Group by	Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the shipments grouped.
View	This report can be run in multiple views, select from the drop-down list. (Specific Views shown below)

View: All

This view differs from the default view by showing the adjusted revenue and adjusted amount.

View: 1

This view differs from the default by combining empty and loaded miles as a total as well it shows the adjusted revenue.

View: 2

This view differs from the default by not showing the fuel and linehaul amounts.

View: 3

This view differs from the default by totaling the miles, removing the fuel and linehaul lines, and showing the adjusted revenue.

View: 4

This view differs from the default by showing the unloaded origin with the adjusted revenue.

View: 5

This view differs from the default by removing financial data and mileage and includes weight and pallet count.

View: 6

This view will provide the current load status as well as the last update. The view will also show the customer charges.

View: 7

This view differs from the default view by showing the truck, trailer, and driver.

View: 8

This view will show Reefer temperature and mode settings from the Shipment.

Field	Description
Shipment	This field will display the shipment Id.
Created by	This field will display the user that created the shipment.
Reference number	This field will display reference field 1 from the shipment.
Customer	This field will display the customer Id.
Weight	This field will display the weight from the shipment.
Unloaded origin	This field will display the unloaded origin set on the trip associated with the shipment.
Pick up	This field will display the pickup city and state.
Date	This field will display the pickup date.
Delivery	This field will display the delivery city and state.
Date	This field will display the delivery date.
Empty miles	This field will display the empty miles.
Loaded miles	This field will display the loaded miles.
Total miles	This field will display the total miles.
Truck	This field will display the truck assigned to the trip.
Trailer	This field will display the trailer assigned to the trip.
Driver	This field will display the driver assigned to the trip.
Status	This field will display the shipment's status.
Linehaul	This field will display the linehaul revenue.
Fuel	This field will display fuel charges.
Other charges	This field will display other additional charges.
Total revenue	This field will display the total revenue.
Adjusted revenue	This field will display the adjusted revenue.
Adjusted amount	This field will display the adjusted amount.
Revenue per mile	This field will display the revenue per total miles.
