Description

From/To pickup date

Select a pickup date range for loads to view.

From/To delivery date

Select a delivery date range for loads to view.

Pickup location

Select a specific pickup location and only loads with that pickup location will show.

Delivery location

Select a specific delivery location and only loads with that delivery location will show.

From city

Enter a city here to only view shipments picking up in that city.

To city

Enter a city here to only view shipments delivering in that city.

From state

Select a state here to only view shipments picking up in that state.

To state

Select a state here to only view shipments delivering in that state.

From zone

Select a specific pickup zone and only loads with that pickup zone will show.

To zone

Select a specific delivery zone and only loads with that delivery zone will show.

Customer

If a customer is selected, you will only see loads done for that customer.

Truck

Select a specific truck to run this report for.

Trailer

Select a specific trailer to run this report for.

Driver

Select a specific driver to run this report for.

Carrier

Select a specific carrier to run this report for.

Groups

Here you can choose from your custom groups. If a group is selected the report will only show loads for the selection in the group.

Dispatched By

Select a specific dispatched by user to run this report for.

Trip status

Select if you only want to see loads with a specific trip status.

Driver type

Select a specific driver type to run this report for. (company/lease/all)

Company

Select a specific company to run this report for.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the shipments ordered on the report.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the shipments grouped.

View

This report can be run in two views, Default and Details. Check below for more information between report versions.

Field

Description

Shipment/Trip

This field will provide the shipment and corresponding trip number

Truck

This field will show the truck number on the trip.

Trailer

This field will show the trailers assigned to the trip.

Drivers

This field will show the driver id for the drivers on the trip.

Driver has hazmat (Default)

This field will show if the driver has a hazmat endorsement.

Hazmat required (Default)

This field will show if a hazmat endorsement is required for the load.

Team required

This field will show if a team is required for the load.

Pickup (Default)

This field will show the pickup location id, city, and state. This field will also show the pickup date and time.

Delivery (Default)

This field will show the delivery location id, city, and state. This field will also show the delivery date and time.

PO number (Default)

This field will show the reference number in reference field one from the shipment.

Reefer temp

This field will show the reefer temp assigned for the load.

Reefer mode (Default)

This field will show the assigned reefer mode for the load.

Shipper (Details)

This field will show the company name for the shipper of the load.

Consignee (Details)

This field will show the company name for the consignee of the load.

Pickup location (Details)

This field will show the location id for the pickup.

Pickup city/state (Details)

This field will show the pickup's city and state.

Pickup date/time (Details)

This field will show the pickup appointment date and time.

Delivery location (Details)

This field will show the location id for the delivery.

Delivery city/state (Details)

This field will show the delivery's city and state.
