Miles Per Month

This report will show each driver, and their monthly mileage breakdown compared to the previous month. You can also see the difference between the 2 years.

Field	Description
Year	Here select the year to run this report for.
Year to compare	Here select the year to compare.
Driver	Here select a driver if the report should be run for one driver in specific.
Carrier	Here select a carrier if the report should be run for one carrier in specific.
Groups	Here select a customer group to run the report by.
Company	Here select if this report should be run for one of your specific companies.
Driver status	Here select if this report should be run by driver status. (All, driving, applicant, terminated, on leave)
include main driver	Check this box if this type of driver should be included.
Include second seat	Check this box if this type of driver should be included.
Include trainer	Check this box if this type of driver should be included.
Include trainee	Check this box if this type of driver should be included.
Include solo	Check this box if this type of driver should be included.
Order by	Select from the drop-down how information should be ordered on the report.
Group by	Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the shipments grouped.

Miles are allocated by delivery date. For example, if a load begins in May and ends in June, then the miles will be included for the month of June.
Appointment date is used, not check call date.
Loads must be in the completed or paid status.
