From/To date

Here enter a date range for fuel purchases to display on the report.

Driver

Here if a driver is selected, only fuel associated with that driver will display.

Carrier

Here if a carrier is selected, only fuel associated with that carrier will display.

Truck

Here if a truck is selected, only fuel associated with that truck will display.

Groups

Here if a custom group is selected, only fuel for that group will display.

Driver type

Here if a driver type is selected, only fuel for that type of driver will display.

Company

Here if a company is selected, only fuel related to that company will display.

State

Here if a state is selected, only fuel in that state will display.

Fuel type

Here if a fuel type is selected, only fuel of that type will display.

Uncategorized fuel

Select how uncategorized fuel should be displayed. Don't include should be selected if the fuel should not display.

Show location as

Here select how the location details should display on the report.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the report ordered.

This field will display the truck the fuel was purchased for.

This field will display the location the fuel was purchased.

Gallons

This field will display the number of reefer gallons purchased.

Reefer fuel Amount

This field will display the reefer fuel price.

Total

This field will display the total charge amount.

Gallons

This field will display the number of truck gallons purchased.

Truck fuel Amount

This field will display the fuel price.

Total

This field will display the total charge amount.

Gallons

This field will display the number of DEF gallons.

DEF Amount

This field will display the DEF price.
