Fuel Purchase Details

This report displays fuel purchases made during a selected date range.

Field	Description
From/To date	Enter the date range for fuel purchases to display.
Driver	If a driver is selected, only fuel associated with that driver will display.
Carrier	If a carrier is selected, only fuel associated with that carrier will display.
Truck	If a truck is selected, only fuel associated with that truck will display.
Groups	If a custom group is selected, only fuel for that group will display.
Driver type	If a driver type is selected, only fuel for that driver type will display.
Company	If a company is selected, only fuel related to that company will display.
State	If a state is selected, only fuel purchases in that state will display.
Fuel type	If a fuel type is selected, only fuel of that type will display.
Uncategorized fuel	Select how uncategorized fuel should be handled. Select Don't Include to exclude uncategorized fuel from the report.
Show location as	Select how location details should be displayed on the report.
Group by	Select if and how you would like the report grouped.
Order by	Select how you would like the report ordered.

Report Columns

Field	Description
Date/time	The date and time of the fuel purchase.
Driver/carrier	The driver or carrier associated with the purchase.
Truck	The truck the fuel was purchased for.
Location	The location where the fuel was purchased.
Reefer Gallons	The number of reefer fuel gallons purchased.
Reefer fuel Amount	The price per gallon for reefer fuel.
Reefer Total	The total charge amount for reefer fuel.
Truck Gallons	The number of truck fuel gallons purchased.
Truck fuel Amount	The price per gallon for truck fuel.
Truck Total	The total charge amount for truck fuel.
DEF Gallons	The number of DEF gallons purchased.
DEF Amount	The price per gallon for DEF.
DEF Total	The total charge amount for DEF.
Discount	The discount applied to the purchase, if applicable.
