Ditat provides a variety of invoice templates to accommodate different billing needs. The default template used system-wide is set in Rate & Pay Setup Options and can be overridden on individual customer profiles as needed.
Invoice Default
The standard default invoice template.
Invoice all reference num
Displays all reference numbers on the invoice.
Invoice all reference num
Invoice no times
Standard invoice without time details.
Invoice Default 2
An alternate version of the default invoice layout where the Invoice Id is in BOLD.
Invoice no stop details
Standard invoice without stop detail information.
Invoice Short Number
Invoice using a shortened number format.
Invoice Direct Customer
Use this template for customers whose invoices will not be factored.
Invoice Direct Total
This template will show the Primary Company billing information and the total charges only. It does not break down the individual charges from the load.
Invoice exc linehaul/fuel
Excludes charges for payment types set as Linehaul and Fuel in Rate & Pay Setup Options.
Invoice Mexico Customers
Template designed for Mexico-based customers. This template shows the RFC number from the FF/MC Field on the customer.
Invoice Ship Date
Displays the ship date on the invoice.
Invoice Total Charge
This template will show the Remit To billing information and the total charges only. It does not break down the individual charges from the load.
Invoice company and factoring
This template will show both the Company’s information and the Remit to address. Mainly used for Factoring companies that need the Companies adress on it as well as their information.
Invoice Total Charge Short
This template is a shortened version of the total charge invoice. It removes the stop details as well as other information to make for a very short Invoice.
Invoice Triumph
Required template for customers billed through Triumph Factoring.
Invoice RTS Financial
Required template for customers billed through RTS Factoring.
Invoice Compass
Template for customers billed through Compass Factoring.
Invoice Flat Rate Funding
Template for flat rate funding billing.
